The team primarily provides ground search and rescue response capabilities, as well as incident communications, drone searching, wilderness medical capabilities, and 4&#215;4 vehicle support.<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image is-style-rounded\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-full is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"72\" height=\"72\" src=\"https:\/\/www.cibolasar.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/08\/HS-questions-Marks-01-72x72-1.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-498\" style=\"width:36px;height:36px\"\/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-align-center\">Mission Activation <\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cibola SAR only responds to SAR missions that have been authorized through the New Mexico Department of Public Safety and have been appropriately dispatched. The team does not dispatch or respond independently. This course consists of a series of online and in-person training modules and lessons. It covers a variety of fundamental SAR related skills and knowledge. (Does not apply to commercial air or ground ambulance transportation).
